We work collaboratively to provide compassionate care and utilize evidence based practice to improve outcomes – to every resident and patient, every time.   Responsibilities will include: Comprehensive quality resident/patient care within the unit and management of unit under the direction of a Registered Nurse Carry out clinical and professional duties related to resident/patient care as directed Requirements: Graduate from a school of practical nursing High School Diploma or equivalent; High School preferred New York State licensed to practice as a Practical Nurse BCLS/CPR certification Minimum one year practice preferred  We are committed to caring for Long Island.
